Lincoln (School of Science and Technology)

Several pieces were commissioned by the school over the years. The entrance piece was commissioned by the school to reflect the activities of its students and to mark the entrance to the grounds. The glass is encased in poly-carbonate to protect it and the piece forms an optical illusion since its three pieces are viewed as one from certain angles.
The Jazz Man also stands at the front of the school, reflecting its lively atmosphere and, hopefully, cheering students as they come and go. The ‘chapel’ windows in glass, encased in poly carbonate, are based on the houses of the school and help to evoke a calm and restful atmosphere in the school’s contemplative space.
